A nine-day workshop was held for the citizens of Amagasaki and the surrounding area. The workshop began with the creation of pigments from soil from Amagasaki farms and the Amagasaki Forest Central Green Space, as well as bamboo leaves and persimmon branches collected in the area, to create a large 2m x 5m work with about 35 participants. At the Amagasaki Forest Central Green Space, we were given special permission to collect plants, and we observed the vegetation on site and actually touched the leaves and branches while collecting soil. On the first production day, the artist began by making the smallest dot of his life with the soil pigment he had collected, allowing the viewer to experience the emergence of a macro perspective from the micro world. At first, they may feel at a loss when faced with a blank piece of cloth. But what if we all try to make small dots with familiar materials such as soil and leaves? In no time at all, a large spirit of grass and trees appeared.
