The wind blows with a hiss
I give my body to the wind
The sky is blue and bright
I wonder where I'm going
I don't know, but I ride the wind
The warm air swirls around me
Landing by chance, I put down roots to possibilities I have yet to see

Emotional humans sometimes neglect "life" out of sadness or out of hatred. However, plants are trying their best to send out seeds, to hold the morning dew on their shoots, and to pass on their lives to the next generation. Haruna Sugisaki, without pursuing any merits, has been writing her brush single-mindedly, overlapping the simple "life" that we humans must have as well, with the figure of plants that "live" and "circulate". She is an "eternal child" who will be barefoot before she knows it if she stands in the earth, and at the same time, she is a "precocious adult" who sees through the discomfort of this world. Sugisaki is a 'precocious adult' who can see through the discomfort of this world.
The wooden hollow at 3 a.m. is not just black, it is a black with depth, where something is stirring" (Sugisaki). Some of the works are also installed with letters that convey the artist's personal intentions in creating the works, allowing visitors to sense the artist's sensitivity to the exhibition.
