「Dirt Play in Lesotho」

A workshop was held at Saint Paul's School for the Deaf in Lesotho to collaborate with current students and faculty members to create paintings using natural materials. Paint was mixed from six types of natural materials, including red soil, soot, and apricot leaves collected from around the school grounds.

Sugisaki drew the preliminary sketches, and the students and faculty were in charge of coloring.

The finished work was donated to the school and is now on permanent display in the community hall.
